AMAZING FAT BURNING FOODS

Eating chicken and other white meats like turkey has more than one benefit.
Protein such as chicken and turkey keep you fuller longer so it's likely you'll eat less
overall. This is because it takes more energy for your body to digest the protein in meat
than it does for it to digest carbs or fat. In effect, your body has to work harder so you'll
burn more calories in the process.

Quinoa looks like grain but is actually protein-rich and high in fiber so it makes you feel fuller
for longer. It comes with a nutrition boost too so it's a good source of of iron and micronutrients
such as zinc and selenium, particularly if it's combined with nuts.

The fact that chillies actually do some positive calorie burning should help you handle the heat!
The heat of the peppers kick starts your body into burning more calories. Chili peppers contain a compound called capsaicin. This increases your core body temperature and raises your heart rate, which in turn pushes your metabolism up a notch.

Brown rice is an incredible source of fiber and as a complex carb acts to prevent the build up
of fat in your body. Complex carbs that are high in fiber keep insulin levels low, thus avoiding
insulin spikes from refined carbs that can message to your body to store fat.

protein such as meat or fish on the move. Instead. focus on getting your protein from
snack such a handful of almonds. I'll stop you snacking on sugary snacks and sustain your
energy levels until your next meal.

Cinnamon works directly with your body to raise the rate that your body must burn fat

temporarily raise your metabolic rate and it tastes great on foods.

your metabolism too. Both green tea and coffee have some mild fat burning properties. There
is evidence that antioxidants in green tea can increase metabolism when combined with caffeine.

Eggs are essentially tiny balls of protein and so not only improve your metabolic rate but also
significantly boost you energy levels too. Eggs are also a good source of vitamin B12 which
can help keep energy levels intact. The amino acids in eggs are also thought to play a helpful
 role in fat burning.

We all know that fish is super good for us but fat burning properties too? Yet another
reason t splurge on some smoked salmon . Oily fish such a salmon and mackerel contain
health fats that keep you feeling full and may even lower leptin, the so-called hunger
hormone. The essential fats in the fish have other benefits too for the brain, joint and skin.

Calcium rich milk is thought to help with fat burning too according to research done in the USA.

Rich in calcium and vitamin D, cheese helps reserve and build muscle mass,
essential for maintaining a robust metabolism.

Watermelons are full of water and nutrients, and low in calories. It's a good source of the
antioxidant lycopene and gives you some vitamin A and C too.

Like other fruits, berries are high in water and fiber, which can keep you full longer.
They're also very sweet, satisfying your sweet tooth for a fraction of the calories you would get from cookies or brownies. Blueberries are a good example because most stores carry them and they're loaded with antioxidants.

Think of the typical toppings on your baked potato - butter, sour cream, maybe cheese and bacon
bits. If you substitute a sweet potato, you might not need any of that. Baked sweet potatoes are so full of flavor, they don't need a lot. This can save you loads of calories. As a bonus, sweet potatoes are packed with potassium, beta carotene, vitamin C and fiber. Go ahead, sprinkle some cinnamon on it!!
